As a community center, we keep our doors open to the needs of the community. With that in mind, we rent out our space in two capacities: one-time rentals (such as birthday parties) and regular rental contracts (used for recurring events like basketball leagues, art classes, and meetings for religious groups).
Before renting out our space, be sure to thoroughly review our Rental Terms and Conditions (teen events require a separate contract and agreement). If you have any questions you'd like us to clarify, feel free to send us an email. When you're ready to book your CCC rental, click the button below to register with our online booking system. Although we highly recommend taking a tour of our space, we do not accommodate walk-in rental tours. To book a tour, please email us in-advance to schedule your appointment.

Cambridge Community Center offers two large rooms for rent:
For an additional fee, our kitchen (including our stove) are available to rent as well.
Rental Rates
Staffing Fee: We charge an additional $25/hr staffing fee during non-business hours. For specifics, please send us an email.
- Our full-size gymnasium is 5500 sq. feet and can easily seat up to 250 people
- Our common room is smaller (measuring 900 sq. feet) and can seat up to 75 people.
For an additional fee, our kitchen (including our stove) are available to rent as well.
Rental Rates
- Gymnasium (5,500 sq. ft.): $175/hr
- Common Room (900 sq. ft.): $100/hr
- Computer Lab: $100/hr
- Classrooms: $45/hr each
- Basement: $45/hr
- Art Room: $35/hr
- Kitchen: $75/hr
