Please complete the registration form and the enrollment packet below, sign them, and make an appointment to meet with our Director of Out-of-School Time Programs, Rachel Kinch. Bring the completed paperwork with you to the meeting.
Tuition
Please note: We do not issue refunds for tuition or reservation deposits.
Vouchers and EEC Subsidies
The Cambridge Community Center accepts EEC vouchers and subsidies. If you have any voucher or subsidy related questions, please contact Rachel Kinch at [email protected].
Private Scholarships
The Cambridge Community Center has funding available to offer private scholarships for those who qualify. Our scholarship application can be downloaded below or filled out online here. If you have any scholarship related questions, please contact Latifah James at [email protected].

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, PayPal, and money orders.

Tuition
- 2025 Cowemoki Summer Enrichment Program: $350/Week; $90/Day (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- 2025-2026 After School Program: $225/Week; $50/Day
- 2026-2026 School Break Programs: $375/Week; $80/Day (8:00am - 5:00pm)

- A NON-REFUNDABLE reservation deposit of $150 per child is due at the time of registration. The tuition balance is to be paid before a child can start the program, and then due every Friday for the upcoming week.
